How many courses can I have on the platform?
There is no limit to the number of courses you can create or upload to the platform; the only control metric is the number of Active Users (for companies) or the total yearly Enrolments (for training providers) included in your plan.
Can I upload SCORM courses to the platform?
Yes, GoodSuite is an LMS designed for integrated e-learning management and supports importing industry-standard content to ensure maximum compatibility and tracking.
What is a "Course enrolment"?
A "Course Enrolment" is the activation of a single registered user or learner in a specific course. Each activation grants access to the content for a period of 1 to 12 months, depending on the configuration chosen by the provider.
Can I generate courses with artificial intelligence?
Absolutely. GoodSuite natively integrates the GoodContent AI module, which automatically turns technical documents, regulations and PDFs into interactive multimedia lessons with avatars and audio in a few minutes.
Are ready-made courses available to buy on the platform?
Yes, you can extend your offering with content purchased from the marketplace and customise it with your company procedures using the native editor.
What happens if I exceed the user or enrolment limits of my plan?
How excess usage is handled depends on the subscription model you chose:
For Companies (Active Users model):
The fee is determined by the total number of users in the registry. If you need to add more people than your plan allows (Team, Business or Corporate), you can Upgrade at any time from the dashboard. The change is immediate and the month's billing is calculated pro-rata based on the days each plan was used.
For Training Providers (Enrolment model):
If you use up the included yearly enrolment package, you can keep delivering training by paying a fee for each "Extra Enrolment". The cost of each additional activation depends on your active plan (from €0.80 for the Gold plan up to €5.00 for the Free plan)
How does the live lesson integration work?
GoodSuite includes the GoodMeeting module, a fully integrated web-conferencing service that automatically records user attendance in course reports, ensuring the validity of the training.
Can I monitor learners' progress?
Yes, the platform is oriented to regulatory compliance and offers advanced monitoring tools for every profile.

Are my company documents used to train public models?
No. Goodlearning is committed not to use your input content to train shared machine learning algorithms. All processing takes place within a security perimeter that guarantees data segregation.
Can I buy an AI module without a GoodSuite subscription?
No, the purchase and use of AI modules (Add-ons) are always subject to keeping an active GoodSuite account. However, the modules can also be activated together with the GoodSuite Free plan. Please note that suspension, termination or expiry of the main GoodSuite subscription (including the Free plan) will immediately end the ability to use the linked AI modules.
What is the price difference between monthly and annual payment?
List prices refer to annual upfront payment. With monthly payment, AI module prices are increased by 10%, while for GoodSuite the increase is 20%.
What happens if I exceed the storage or module limits of my plan?
The system monitors generation volumes and document storage. If usage is abnormal or exceeds the plan thresholds (e.g. storage from 3GB to 20GB), Goodlearning may limit generation speed or ask you to move to a higher plan.
Can I download the materials I created if I decide not to renew?
When the contract ends, interactive content will no longer be accessible on the platform.
However, before the final expiry you can secure your work:
GoodSlides AI: lets you download the presentations you created as PDF or PPTX (PowerPoint). The downloaded file also includes the slide comments automatically generated by the artificial intelligence.
GoodContent AI: allows exporting a summary PDF of the lessons for archiving purposes. The document includes the slides, the text of the audio comments and the lesson's identifying data.
Are the data and servers secure and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Goodlearning ensures that all data entered in the platforms resides exclusively within the European Community.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan at any time?
Yes, the Upgrade takes effect immediately via the dashboard. Billing for the month of the change is calculated pro-rata based on the days each plan was actually used.
Is there a limit to the number of authors (Creators) who can access the platform?
No, the Smart, Grow and Scale plans for the AI modules provide access for an unlimited number of Creator users. This means your whole team can collaborate on creating content, lessons and chatbots at no extra cost per author licence. As for the GoodSuite platform, registry management lets you configure multi-level profiles such as Administrators, Authors, Teachers and Tutors to organise your staff's work.
I already have my own LMS, can I use GoodContent AI?
Of course! You can use the Scorm Wrapper extraction feature from the Grow plan upwards.
