  • Import your records

    Import records straight from an Excel file. The platform spots duplicates and namesakes, so each user has a single login for several courses or meetings.

  • Group management

    Create groups of users to make management easier, for example one group per company or per edition. Here too, you can import them from an Excel file.

  • Special user profiles

    Assign special profiles to the course supervisor, the tutor, the assistants and any inspectors, so everyone can manage the edition together.

  • Group supervisors

    Give your client a supervisor account for their own group, so they can independently manage their records and enrolments, or simply check progress.

  • Platform integration

    If you have larger clients, ask them to sign up to goodlearning and link their platform to yours: you will manage courses together and build loyalty.

  • Course creation services

    Offer your clients a course creation or customisation service, using our course editor or together with us through the dedicated AI-avatar service.

Token-based management cuts enrolment costs.

  • Course token

    Create one or more tokens (enrolment codes) tied to an edition and hand them to your clients. Users sign up themselves and enter their own details in your platform.

  • Web-meeting token

    Create tokens for meetings, or multiple tokens for webinars, and give them to interested people. They sign up on their own, and their details are saved in your records.
